Tim Huckaby, CEO
Tim founded InterKnowlogy in 1999. He has over 20 years of experience spanning developer, system, network and infrastructure technologies. Tim is one of 28 Microsoft Regional Directors, a Microsoft MVP and sits on multiple Microsoft advisory councils and boards. As the CEO of InterKnowlogy he spends the majority of his time traveling nationally and internationally speaking at various industry conferences and events. Tim regularly consults and advises Microsoft at a corporate level.

Rodney Guzman, CTO
Rodney joined InterKnowlogy close to its inception in 2000. He is a Microsoft Solutions Architect MVP, and acts as Chief Architect as well as Chief Technology Officer. As the CTO of InterKnowlogy he is responsible for setting not only the technical direction of the company, but ensuring the Engineering staff is fully conversant with all of the leading edge technologies.

Emilie Hersh, COO
Emilie has led InterKnowlogy since 2005. Her experience is embedded in both consulting and technology which makes her uniquely qualified for this challenging position. She leads the company in all aspects of operations as well as building strategic alliances. Emilie obtained her MBA in 2000 from USD and is the Chairman of the School of Business Alumni Council,in addition to her other activities with professional associations and charitable organizations. |

Tauni Green, Director of Finance and Human Resources
A member of the InterKnowlogy team since 2004, Tauni's background is in both Operations Management and Customer Service Management. She handles all aspects of both Finance and Human Resources which includes all recruiting efforts. Her main directive is to make InterKnowlogy a phenomenal place for employees to work. Tauni is currently completing her MBA at the University of San Diego.

Vira Joya, Director of Client Services
Vira Joya joined InterKnowlogy in 2006, and controls Client Services Delivery. Her extensive experience is embedded in 16 years of business management, consulting and technical program management. From 1997 to 2006, Vira successfully administered software development and infrastructure re-engineering projects, delivering quality technical solutions for major corporations. Vira obtained her Master of Science in Executive Leadership in 2003 from the School of Business, USD, and is an active alumni council member for the School of Business Alumni and Board Chair of the Technical Advisory Committee for 211 San Diego.

Adam Calderon, Practice Area Lead: Application Development
Adam joined InterKnowlogy in 2004 and oversees the Application Development Practice. He is an accomplished software developer, C# MVP, author, teacher and speaker with over twelve years of experience designing, developing and leading large-scale mission critical software projects. Adam is also very active in the development community where he is a member of Microsoft’s UI Frameworks Council, teaches classes at UCSD Extension, serves on the Board of Directors for the San Diego .NET Developers Group, and is a renowned speaker at user groups and conferences.

Jeff Rios, Practice Area Lead: Infrastructure
Jeff Rios joined the InterKnowlogy team in early 2006. As the lead engineer for the Infrastructure Practice, he provides primary direction in systems design, deployment, integration, and management. Jeff has worked as both a Systems Engineer and an Instructor for over twenty years. Jeff is one of the first one hundred persons to acquire both the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer designations.
